I am an amateur photographer who loves to photograph anything and everything. I don't specialise in any particular area although I do love to photograph motorsports and I also love to capture close up detail in things around us that people may not normally notice.

Sping has sprung and so have the amount of bugs about. I've been on a bit of a bug mission the past week or so. They're everywhere. So my macro lens was duly installed on the camera and I looked like an idiot crawling through the plants on my hands and knees.

We live quite close to a part of the River Dee that has a power station and suspended bridge on it's banks. The sun sets directly behind the power station at this time of year, and makes for some stunning and varied sunsets. I can watch the clouds from my living room window to see what colour they are turning and if they're looking nice and pink, I head down to the river with my camera.
